“The Original Cookie Lady Partnered Brand Family” is a Small Business Alliance dedicated to the support and growth of underrepresented communities. By banding together, we can form a network that can ensure our futures, changing generational lives and strengthening neighborhoods.

The Family has Five Cornerstones:

Connect Businesses for Collaborative Products.
Offer one another Wholesale support.
Create an internal network of Retailers to carry Partnered Brands.
Revenue Opportunities through Commission-Based Growth.
Provide Wholesale Logistics Solutions that can scale with each Business.

Collaboration:

Bringing Businesses together for Collaborative Products is the first cornerstone of The Family. These Products will combine the talents and resources or Partnered Brands, with Costs, Pricing, Packaging, and Marketing determined between those involved (along with how Production and Sales will be handled). Original Cookie Lady will provide support for drawing up Agreements.

Wholesale Support

Members of The Family can offer one another general Wholesale Support, creating an internal network for sourcing base components. This will create ways for Businesses to lower Expenses by buying internally, and generate additional Revenue by selling.

Retail Network

By joining The Family as a Partnered Brand with Retail Space, you gain access to all Products within the Partnered Brand Family, through one Ordering and Distribution Service. By joining The Family as a Manufacturer, you have access to the entire network of Retail Partners and Partnered Brands.

Commission-Based Growth

Family Members are encouraged to expand the network through a 20% Commission of the first Order placed by all new Retail Partners or Family Members, as well as a 6% Commission off all future Orders. This incentivizes Growth and rewards Businesses for adding large, successful Retail Partners or Partnered Brands.

Centralized Distribution System

The Original Cookie Lady is available to handle Logistics if needed, giving Small Businesses looking to grow some much-needed support for a flat 30% Commission on of each processed Order.
